Web Calendar Pad - Create and Add Calendars to Your Blog or Site
Having your own blog or your own web site is a great way to let others know what you are up to. Things like what you plan to do in the future, or what events you plant to organize or attend. A simple way of letting visitors to your blog or site in on future events is to put up a public calendar. With Web Calendar Pad, a computer program for the Windows-based operating system, you can easily set up a personalized calendar and publish it directly from your Windows desktop.
The software allows you to create a customized calendar and upload it to your site or blog via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You don’t have to bother with installing and maintaining online databases, you don’t have to worry about not having any programming skills. Using Web Calendar Pad is as straightforward as adding an event, picking a calendar template and publishing the calendar online.
The UI of Web Calendar Pad is very comprehensive, so comprehensive that you should not have any problems using the software. But if you do run into a spot of trouble and you cannot figure a way out, check out the extensive online help. An answer for you conundrum will surely be provided there.
When you create a calendar, you can customize pretty much every aspect of it, ranging from the type of event and how the calendar looks, to the layout and content of the calendar. If you so desire you can attach images, documents and PDF files to the calendar (just like you do when you want to send out an email). The option to embed files, folders and links is also available.
After all your customization needs have been met, you can publish the calendar online – as mentioned before, you can do this straight from the Windows desktop. But before you do this you are well advised to see how the calendar will look. In this regard the developer of Web Calendar Pad has provided a handy preview feature. And if you don’t want to publish the calendar right then and there, you can always save it and work on it at a later time.
